8.0The staff was very friendly and helpful despite not speaking much English. We were able to communicate with our broken Spanish. The room was cute, clean and wonderful, breakfast was also wonderful. We felt safe indoors despite outside was not safe. Only complaint is the wifi was not working for any of us, there were 4 of us on this reservation with different phone carriers and none of us were able to connect to the hotel wifi. Connecting to the wifi at the sister hotel down the street was fine and no issues.

2.0It was not a great stay, we stayed at many nice places while in Colombia and this was by far the worst. I booked when the hotel was under different management and the reviews were good then. I would not recommend it was so noisy we could not sleep at night as we were in a room which opened to the street below. The breakfast was only ok.

10.0Small boutique hotel with modest but comfortable, clean room which was a good size and had an excellent shower. Small pool is a nice bonus. Good breakfast and complimentary coffee in the library. Staff very welcoming and helpful, while location in the old town is perfect and not too noisy. Would happily recommend and stay there again.
