7.0Die Lage ist gut, allerdings auch in einer verkwhrsbeschränkten Straße. Wenn man keinen Parkplatz findet, was mir passiert ist, trägt man weit. Die Angabe der Parkmöglichkeit ist so nämlich prinzipiell nicht zutreffend. Eine Reservierung ist nicht erforderlich führt die Situation ad absurdum. Korrekt ist : Eine Reservierung ist nicht möglich! Die vom Vermieter als mögliche Parkstraße angegebene Adresse ist für jeden Anwohner ebenfalls beliebte Parkzone und entsprechend frequentiert. Der nächste freie große Parkplatz ist mehrere hundert Meter entfernt und auch steil unterhalb des Appartements.
− Die Angabe zu den Parkmöglichkeiten finde ich schlicht falsch. Die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters erfolgt alleine über Booking.com und ist nur bedingt gegeben. Vielleicht wollte er sich aber hinsichtlich meiner Nachfrage zur Parksituation nicht mehr äußern.
