10.0So close to everything. 5 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate, The Tours, The Tourist Information and a host of restaurants and Shops, Memorial sites, subways, busses, and Trams. This could not have been a more convenient location for the price. A complete steal.

Decent property but TERRIBLE customer service via whatsapp/chat. Like actively misleading.
1.0Facilities staff was very nice. Good location.
− The customer service team was worse then unhelpful - they were actively misleading me on how to check in and being extremely disrespectful. I think it was a disconnect between Booking.com and the actual property management, but my early check in was not honored as selected and I had to walk around the Berlin streets for 2 hours with my luggage to try to find any other accommodation before eventually resting on the ground in front of this hotel for hours until I was let in.
