8.0Good, clean room for an early morning Palermo flight. Check-in was smooth and they booked me a 4 a.m. taxi. 2 blocks off the main avenue where you can find everything you need. I recommend!

4.0No staff, no breakfast, difficult to enter. We were the only people in the hotel. We had to call a number to get let in the door. The hallway was full of bags of dirty laundry. Our room could not be locked safely. In the shower there was no place to put your soap… This is definitely not what we expected after reading good reviews on Expedia.
