Frustrante para personas con movilidad reducida que queremos viajar solas
7.0Particularmente el personal, amable e implicado en ayudar
− Tienen habitaciones adaptadas que están muy bien, pero unas escaleras hasta recepción imposibles de subir para personas en silla de ruedas. Es una incongruencia total. Yo camino con bastón y para subir la maleta necesité ayuda de otros alojados. Es impresentable que no avisen antes. Estas cosas se deben especificar a personas con movilidad reducida, pues bajan enormemente la calidad de la estancia.

10.0Nos dieron la habitación central del balcón exterior, la mejor. Increíble las vistas. Nos sentimos como reyes.

− El bany mica antic, les canonades feien soroll. Els requisits d'horaris x anar a esmorzar... l'horari de piscina( obrir a les 11..!!)
