− Be careful!!!! They're cheating you here!!!! I booked a night at this riad through Booking.com. When I arrived at 17:00, it was closed and I was told I couldn't stay because a family member had had an accident and was in hospital. At 6.50 pm I rang them again to ask about their relative and to find out if I could stay that night. They told me I couldn’t stay as he was still in hospital and that they would take care of cancelling my booking. I informed Booking of what had happened. The next day I received an email stating that the riad had told Booking I hadn’t turned up, meaning I’d lost the money for the accommodation. I’ve kept the WhatsApp messages from the conversations to prove it.

10.0Historischer Riad mit toll bepflanzten Innenhof. Liebevoll renoviert. Sehr geräumiges und stilvolles Zimmer. Fantastische Lage im Soukh an der Nahtstelle zur imperialen Stadt. Die mäßigen Bewertungen sind nicht zu verstehen.
− Nicht mit dem Auto zugänglich, aber Parkplatz unterhalb des berühmten Tors. Die Route bei Booking.com ist da unklar, wo Auto, wo zu Fuß.

− muy sucio, sin limpieza, sabanas sucias, toallas muy desgastadas. nada cómodo. olor del baño se queda en la habitación, mucha humedad dentro.

− The place was dirty, no clean sheets. The bathroom a bit better. Breakfast of bad quality. Mattresses could be better.
