La struttura, situata in uno splendido palazzo d'epoca, conserva tutto il fascino e l'eleganza dell'architettura storica, uniti a comfort moderni. Gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, puliti e accoglienti. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La camera era confortevole, silenziosa e ben arredata. Ottima anche la colazione in una sala pittoresca. Un luogo ricco di atmosfera, perfetto per chi desidera vivere un soggiorno speciale. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò con grande piacere.

Average overall. A poor nights sleep and over priced for it was. We are surprised it gets such good reviews.
6.0Good location in centre of Lucca. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
− Pricey for what is was. Shabby overall. The bed was the most uncomfortable of our entire stay in Italy. Way too firm. We were hot (air con but not effective enough) and we were woken at least twice by street noise.
