− Evrything was so small. The stairs, the elevator, the bathroom (if you wanted to sit on the WC you had to stay up straight, orherwise you would hit the wall with your head). Also every night the appartment smelled like food from the neighbors very very badly, like they cooked there. It was very difficult for us with two small kids and stroler. Also, we were told we cand leave our luggage at their reception, but they did not say it was an hour away (50€ by taxi)... so actualy for us would have been a lot better to be told there is a place 60m away to store the luggage for 6€ a day.

5.0Beliggenheden var super god. Altanen var hyggelig. Mere kan man ikke rose
− Faciliteterne var slidte og mangelfulde. Der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent på overnatningsstedet da vi ankom. Døren kunne af og til ikke låses, hvor vi som led i dette ventede 30 min på kundeservice, som ovenikøbet ikke har et funktionsdygtigt servicenummer. Det er heller ikke optimalt at man kun får udleveret 1 sæt håndklæder pr. Person og 1 sæt sengetøj + lagen.

− Bruseren på badeværelset lækkede, da slangen trænger til at blive skiftet ud og badeforhænget kunne trænge til at blive skiftet ud.
