− Sporca, scarsa manutenzione, aria condizionata solo in una stanza e assente nelle camere, asciuga capelli non funzionante, i muri scrostati e il motore dell’aria condizionata perde acqua. Il terrazzo non c’è. Le tende non si aprono bene.
