10.0Excellent 5* castle hotel. Beautiful park, Michelin awarded restaurant with excellent food. Staff with friendly proactive attitude.

9.0− The staff at the pool was bad - she was like a lost puppy, didnt know her way around the bar, drinks took forever and she made a mistake on the billing which would have resulted in a $300 overcharge
