Worth the money but be aware of the noise
7.0The location is perfect for gay travelers. It's in the heart of the gay village in Manchester. It's close to the Picadilly station, which is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. We opted in for the breakfast option and we're satisfied with the room service and the food. Thanks to the staff for upgrading our room for free and free prosecco during the check in. We could open the window for fresh air and the air conditioning is controllable and we're comfortable in the room in summer.
− The noise. Well, it's close to the pubs and bars. It's not a problem for us but for other travelers, please be aware of this. Room 101 on the first floor has a window which faces the Canal St. We have to close the curtains for privacy as the people/passer-by from the outside can clearly see what's going on in the room. If you want better privacy, please ask the staff for a different room.
Beautiful design, great location and friendly staff, but the cleanliness needs improvement for a luxury hotel.
6.0I really liked the hotel’s unique and stylish design. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
− The hotel describes itself as a luxury property, so I expected a higher standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was noticeable dust in my room. I stayed in an attic room with skylight windows, and when I opened the blinds, it was obvious that the windows hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. This was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel in this category.

10.0From the moment we walked through the door the staff were wonderful, polite, courteous and offering us a welcome drink, which was brought to our room, the room l and bathroom were v nice and location was excellent.I certainly will be returning ,Thank you for the great stay.
