Great hotel,with great facilities and lovely breakfast.
8.0This hotel was clean and comfortable in a great location. The breakfast was lovely,a huge selection which varied every day.
− After staying all over Vietnam ,in many diff hotels I did find the staff here the least accommodating. Staff were quite abrupt,and not as friendly as other staff in hotels that we stayed in. We paid extra for the delux Mountain View room and whilst yes we had the view,we were one floor above the pool looking directly into the pool attendants desk,and anytime you walked on to your balcony people looked straight at you and into your room.Unfortunately meaning we had to keep our net curtain in our room closed at all times especially when changing.I personally feel this should not be a room where you pay extra for as you couldn’t enjoy the view as much as others. There was also no seats on any of the balconies.

− Standard rooms face the road not the mountain. That's what I paid for so nothing to complain about but just make sure if you want to wake up to mountain view, check the room you are booking..
