Great location, super clean, top-notch service & delicious food
10.0We spent a week there as a family of 4 (kids are 2 and 5). We could not fault this hotel. Location is excellent: close to the centre of this lively town but also right on the beach. I was a bit worried because we don’t speak Italian but that was not a problem, the staff speak English and are super friendly. Nothing is too much to ask. Special thanks to Davide, the maitre, who made our kids feel special remembering their names and greeting them with a personalised comment every day. The food is delicious and there’s something for everyone. The rooms and the hotel in general are super clean. Animations are great, you can take part if you want to but they’re not being pushy if you decide not to. Thank you so much for everything and keep up the good work!
Amazing Hotel and Staff! Highly Reccomended
10.0Been there for 6 nights in July. Everything was amazing. The food was great with a lot of options to choose from. Staff was extremely helpful and caring. Great animation team for kids with games and shows. Foam party was so fun. Highly reccomended and will be back for sure!

10.0Excellent hotel. We were there for 8 nights with our 2 kids (1&4) and had an amazing break! Great food, professional and friendly staff, amazing animation (Prometteo team is top notch - even for our 4yo that speak no italian it was a blast). We will recommend this hotel to our friends and will certainly be back!
Not bad for the money
8.0I had a deluxe room which would have been a standard in any other hotel, but it was comfortable and clean, wi fi a little touchy but okay, nice breakfast in beach side restaurant which wasnt inside hotel, beach only 100 yards away, but pool.was never open in the 3 days i was yherr
