Exceptional Service and wonderful hospitality
8.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth with the help of front office staff especially Febronia, Nikitha, Nitish and Greeshma. And the breakfast was delicious with a good varieties of options, thanks to Siva Prakash Sir, Gopal, Akhil, Veronica and Steven for making me comfortable at the dining area, those dining experiences makes every meal memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. Overall it is was comfortable and pleasent experience.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Ginger Pondicherry. The hospitality here is truly exceptional.Reception: A huge thanks to Nikita and Nitesh at the front desk. They made our check-in seamless and were incredibly welcoming.Dining: Restaurant Manager Siva Prakesh and his team—including Veronica, Rupa, and Nagaiya—were extremely humble, attentive, and helpful throughout our meals.Food: The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Kudos to Chef Pandurang and his team for the great culinary experience!Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pondicherry. We will definitely return!
