10.0This chain is generally very nice. This morning very disappointed with the front desk associate, she was not friendly and too busy outside to replenish forks for the breakfast buffet.

8.0Decent room, areas of the bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in forever, thought the front desk clerk was a guest or a homeless person sitting out front - not in appropriate attire nor much of a greeting - breakfast area was down - room was fine and AC was great

10.0The hotels appearance looked new. We were impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the room. The air conditioner/heater was the only negative. Luckily we did not need it as when it was running it poured a foul smell into the room.

8.0Desk Clerk at check-in very rude. Room was not ready but understandable since we arrived an hour before official check-in. When I said we would wait until the 3:00 pm check-in time, the desk clerk (Holly) said the room probably would not be ready then either and could not give me a time when it would be.
