− There was a part of a hamburger meat stashed under the couch when we pulled the bed out. I seriously think they need to pull furniture out atleast once or twice a month just deep clean all rooms

− Room smelled like it was a pet allowed room had an odor from not being cleaned for a while. Lack of occupancy probably. No tv streaming service not working. Never told us how to just access cable. Why didn’t they call someone to fix. Breakfast staff person not friendly. Breakfast just ok. No bacon Worst problem heating unit in bedroom run off and on all night. Could not shut off. It was awful. Was not controlled by thermostat. Thermostat so old could not see temperature in room. Toilet so low very difficult to get up and down
