− Freezing cold even with the extremely noisy aircondioner on 29 couch was worn and difficult to get out of There were no antislip mats in the supposed disabled bathroom. My wife slipped and fell over staff supplied towels There was no insulation to ceiling or floor which were concrete we had to go to bed to stay warm

6.0The heater and lights were on when i entered my room which made it feel.very comfortable and very welcoming.
− The tv in my room only had 1 channel! After restoring to factory settings and auto-tuning the digital channels only had 4 sbs channels along with channel 31. Even then the tv was dropping in and out due to poor or no signal! Not good enough when paying $185 a night for the room. Even though the location is very convenient it is situated on the corner of Warrigul road and Dandenong road which are extremely busy and noisy roads, especially when you cant turn on and watch the tv! Lol
