Die Nähe zum Alten Strom und zur Stadt Warnemünde

Für den gezahlten Preis war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und entsprach weder unseren Erwartungen noch

Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die Lage des Hotels. Diese war sehr gut und zentral. Ansonsten gab es für uns leider nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders positiv gemacht hat.

− Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Regendusche war während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts defekt und wurde trotz sofortiger Meldung nicht repariert. Zudem wurde unser Zimmer zunächst nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt, frische Handtücher rochen unangenehm und die Bettdecke mit einem Loch wurde lediglich wieder ordentlich hingelegt, anstatt ausgetauscht zu werden. Für den gezahlten Preis einer Junior Suite war das aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel.
