Overall, the stay was comfortable.
7.0Breakfast was very good each day we stayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
− The carpet in room 101 where we stayed was a little soiled and worn. Need to be replaced!
Great stay for visiting NAS.
8.0I loved the location for visiting my son at Pensacola NAS. The West gate is an 8 minute drive, despite what Google maps said. 😊 Anything you need is within a 10 minute or less drive. The property is clean and will managed the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. There was no coffee in the room other than that it was great.
− The air conditioner in our room worked but it was very very damp the whole time we were there. When we would return to the room it had a wet smell.
They wouldn’t let me check in because im 18 and I couldn’t get a refund so they jus took 500 from me

− The room, the pool, even the elevator was sketchy so we used the stairs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Barley slept while we were there.
I booked a two night stay, but left after one night. It was a disappointment.

− The hot tub was broken and the pool was dirty. They didn’t have enough breakfast for their guests. They were out of items at 8am.
