− The mattress was hard. Towels are thin and scratchy. Tub was slippery- needed an anti slip mat.

− Only half the television channels worked , only clean every 2nd or third day .. The breakfast was served to you , not buffet style like other breakfast very little choices . No muffins no bagels ...
