7.0Location was good, and parking was great for my truck and travel trailer during my 3 day stay...the rooms were clean...
− The entrance doors to the hotel were non-functional, they had a manual work around...In my room the air conditioning was sub standard and barely functioning, had to bring in a personal utility blower to help circulate air...the entrance to the parking lot from the main road, W Cameron Ave, was very steep and not at all good for long wheel base vehicles with trailers...
I thought it was very clean and staff was very friendly.

5.0Customer Service was great. The room I reserved was on the second floor. They don't have an elevator so she moved us to a room on ground level. I can't walk up steps.
− The bed was too high off the floor. I guess I need to start packing a step stool. I'm not short. I'm a 5"6". woman.

4.0Staff was friendly and helpful
− Had to change rooms when ac broke during the night. Floors in the room felt dirty. Room key got stuck in the slot when trying to unlock the door, was able to get it out on our own but never had that happen before. Room smelled a little of mildew. Entrance doors were not working making it awkward trying to get into the building.

− Front door was broken, no elevator and my stool was broken. Overall my stay was not very comfortable.
