The pullman brand gave guarantee of quality and the location gave very close access to one of the unique beach in Bali

− The breakfast room was too busy.
Staff were wonderful but would not recommend
4.0Good location, if you are happy to be near Kuta. Small pools, but great little pool for small kids. Grass quad area for kids to run around. Staff were lovely.
− Dated property. We were first provided with a room that the shower flooded, the toilet didn’t flush and the fridge leaked, the towels were gray, pillows were grey and robe was dirty. The staff were lively and moved us to another room. However, overall the property felt like it needs a good clean. They use a fragrance in all the lifts and public areas that is overpowering and sickly sweet. There are activities for the kids like ‘movies’ at night. But these are the same episodes of the nickjr channels in the rooms. The combi van set up for drinks/food during the movies was rarely staffed. Kids club area was extremely dated and limited, but staff were great.
