4.0The main problem there is the racism from the staff member except few of them against Egyptians The smile and friendly attitude for all foreigners as for the Egyptians the gloomy face and I can list many incidents for this review

10.0I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, so there was always something to choose from. The pools and beach were beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment team did a fantastic job and made every day fun. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

10.0That’s was amazing vacation in Marsa Alam !This hotel is exactly what you need for a good holiday.The rooms and cozy and clean ,in restaurant you will find plenty of options and all food is tasty,special thanks to bar-mans by the pool Ibrahim and Mahmoud will make for you the best cocktails you ever have)Animation team will keep you entertained the whole day ,with fun darts and powerful aqua gym sessions!In the evening there is everyday different shows ,parties and singers )Mr Tamer the recreation manager were very helpful and friendly ,so does all heartwarming people who work in this hotel 🫶🏻The atmosphere makes you feel welcome and like at home) Waiting to come back !
