5.0Nice, clean and comfortable
− I booked a two room suite so my grandmother wouldn’t be alone. Upon checking in, was told there were none available and instead had to have two separate rooms, which happened to be on separate floors. Caused distress for grandmother.

1.0it was horrible under construction and the pool was ice cold and not in a good way
Very disappointed
1.0Nothing. They were under renovations (major) when we arrived and so I canceled our reservation. Still waiting for a refund.
− I didn't like that they were under major renovations and we weren't informed of it. Yes, I booked it through booking but we called a couple of days before to add an additional night and on and asked if the pool was open. They said yes but didn't inform us of all the renovations going on. Before I canceled the reservation, I asked the fromt desk if there was a bathroom my 4 year old could use and she said no.
Not enjoyable for the amount of money it cost to stay
3.0Nothing. Libby was hot no air conditioning, it was I Under renovation. No where to hag out outside of room. Pool was indoor and muggy bc of ac not working
− Didn’t have spare bedding in rooms nor pillows for sofa sleeper. Had to go to lobby for spare bedding. No extra pillows whatsoever. Kids had to sleep without pillows. Ac didn’t work to well in rooms either
