− Look this is our second visit so we knew what we were getting into, whilst the facilities are lovely beautiful gardens, BBQS and great pools. The apartments are budget++++ very minimal fit out, kitchen has basic utensils you’ll have to bring your own washing powders and liquids, beds hard, very light blankets on bed (it does get very cold overnight). Shower in main bathroom didn’t work, shower in ensuite was meh. Smoke alarm started chirping the second night there at 10pm. Spoke to reception and was told to disconnect it as there was nothing he could do, also complained about the showers and told they were full and nothing they could do. If you need any extras, things like linen, towels, even rooms lets you have to pay a fee. On check out listed all our issues with our room and got a weak smile and was still charged $10 for an extra room key.
Overall a pleasant experience

− Lack of sugar in family suite and lack of toilet paper and a pair of scissors would be handy for opening things and smoke detector beeping on first night of stay

− We're there in july pools we're little bit cold spa could've been warmer but kids loved it bit tricky to find ur way around the first day
