8.0It’s a beautiful location and outlook. The staff are absolutely amazing so welcoming and genuinely friendly.
− As clean and comfortable as it is some small things like entry/exit into our king garden room was awkward. No room light controls by the bedside.

It was a beautiful location and lovely stay with Balgownie, scenic views and delicious wine and food.

− Unfortunately some showers we didn’t have hot water, 1 out of 3 people experienced a hot shower.

8.0Balgownie Estate is a magnificent winery resort. The only downside to our stay was the lack of a washing machine and dryer in the suite, which would have made a multi-night stay much more convenient. Everything else, however, was exceptional. The suites are incredibly spacious, quiet, and feature private balconies with gorgeous panoramic vineyard views. Dining at Restaurant 1309 was a treat—the seasonal menu is outstanding, and they were brilliantly accommodating with vegetarian dietary requirements. The overall facilities, from the modern cellar door wine tastings to the serene estate grounds and day spa, are top-notch. Highly recommend for a premium valley escape!
