10.0The staff are amazing, the lady at breakfast, Liz I think, is so helpful and friendly. I like the fact I can get to the beach in a 5 minute walk and leave my car parked free, and catch the train into Liverpool City centre at Waterloo station for just over a £5 return. Room service with no charge for meals/drinks in the room.
