Please note that this room is located at the top of the property, up three floors via stairs, therefore may not be suitable for guests with a mobility impairment. Also note the style of the room with sloped ceilings and it does have lower door frames.The suite takes up the whole floor. This suite has a minimum of 2 person occupancy.

Location, comfort, cleanliness, hosts all great.

− Only thing i didnt like but that is nithjng against hotel was it was noisy with ttaffic (for me)

Pleasant b&b near the beach

I enjoyed my stay there. Julie and Ray were very friendly and helpful (Ray carried my suitcase upstairs, which I appreciated as my room was on the 2nd floor!) The room was fairly small, but quite adequate and comfortable, with everything I needed, including fan and fridge (much appreciated!). Breakfast, which I had an one day was very nice. Very near the beach, although you had to cross a fairly busy road to get to it. There was also a folder in the room with lots of information about the area, which I found helpful. They also kindly let me leave my suitcase there for a few hours after checkout as my train was in the afternoon. I would definitely stay there again

− As it was on a busy road there was a fair amount of traffic noise, although this eased off at night. Found the temperature a bit difficult to adjust on shower on first day, but was fine after that
