6.0Beautiful surroundings, stunning views.
− Old building that needs renovation. Leak near the window, small TV, very hot only old noisy fan was in the room. Pillows were flat as a pancake so I woke up with a pain in my neck. No light in the bathroom mirror .
Beautiful traditional hotel in a stunning location, excellent service
10.0Beautiful traditional hotel in an incredibly beautiful setting. The room was immaculate and with thoughtful touches, and a beautiful view. Traditional decor, everything very clean, comfortable and elegant. The breakfast was excellent - wide choice, everything presented beautifully, excellent details like a chilled butter pot with a curl of butter on top, real honeycomb, provenance listed for the meat in the full English, and a mountain weather forecast printed out on the breakfast buffet table. Nothing too lavish or showy or over the top, everything done to make guests feel comfortable and looked after.

6.0The Breakfat was very good although there was a shortage of some items. Dinner was very good but very much over priced at £68 and they even charged extra for the coffee after dinner

10.0This hotel is superb in everyway. The location is breathtaking, food sublime, every need is catered for and nothing is too much trouble for the owner and staff. An exceptional stay.
