No WiFi, big problem
2.0First of all, I requested a third floor room and got the second floor. I know they can’t guarantee floors but that was annoying. But the big issue was the WIFI did not work on any floor but in the lobby. I needed internet for business and of course streaming didn’t work on the tv because of the lack internet. And to top it all off the ice machine on my floor didn’t work either. Very disappointed
Very enjoyable stay...Staff was helpful and courteous...The room was spacious and clean...

− Because we stayed 2 nights our trash was not picked up until we left.
The best thing about this hotel was that it accommodated pets, but at a high price.

− The price was considerably higher than the quality or location of hotel. I was told that it was tourist accommodation. I live in a tourist location also and do not accept that explanation.
