Very comfortable place particularly with my 15 year old who loved the courtyard seating area and lounge with games.

2.0This is a difficult review for me to write because, in many ways, this is a wonderful hotel. The location is excellent, the property is very clean, and my stay was enjoyable until the day I checked out.
− Unfortunately, my interaction with the front desk staff member during checkout, whose name I believe was Raz (or possibly Taz), left a very negative impression. She came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking the level of professionalism and customer service that guests should reasonably expect. It was genuinely disappointing because one unpleasant interaction was enough to overshadow what had otherwise been a very positive experience. I am intentionally not sharing all the details here. However, if the owner or management would like to better understand what happened, I would be more than happy to provide additional information privately. My intention is not to criticize the hotel itself, but to bring attention to an issue that I hope can be addressed. It is unfortunate when a hotel gets so many things right—great location, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere—yet the overall guest experience can be diminished by a single employee whose approach to customer service does not reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel. My impression was that working in a guest-facing customer service role may simply not be the best fit for her. I sincerely hope management reads this review in the constructive spirit in which it is intended. This hotel has a lot going for it, and I believe addressing experiences like mine will only make it even better.
