− 予約時点で名前を間違えられており、チェックインに時間がかかった点
Et deilig hotell i en rolig del av Okinawa. Men hotellet henvender seg åpenbart primært til et japansk marked.
9.0Jeg likte veldig godt hvor store rommene var. Noe rart hadde skjedd med bookingen vår, men personalet lagde en fin løsning og barna fikk til slutt eget rom. Høflig og serviceinnstilt personale som fortjener mye ros. Det er veldig mange småbarnsfamilier på hotellet, det kan være lurt å vite det om man ikke vil dele bassenget med veldig mange babyer og små barn. Vi og tenåringene våre synes de var nydelige, så ikke noe problem for oss.
− Litt for få som snakker engelsk godt nok til at man kan ha gode samtaler. For eksempel var det ikke så enkelt å få hjelp med restaurantbookinger. Mye informasjon mangler også på engelsk, men alle prøver så godt de kan og er fryktelig imøtekommende. Vi bestilte for øvrig snorkletur med guide og det var litt synd at guiden med ansvar for sikkerheten vår ikke kunne engelsk.
