رسالة شكر وتقدير إلى إدارة فندق إنتركونتيننتال الطائف إلى إدارة فندق إنتركونتيننتال الطائف المحترمين، أتقدم إليكم بخالص الشكر وعظيم الامتنان على ما وجدته خلال إقامتي الحالية من حسن استقبال، وجودة خدمات، واهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة، يعكس معايير الضيافة الراقية التي يحملها اسم الفندق العريق. وتكتسب هذه الرسالة قيمة خاصة بالنسبة لي، إذ إن هذه هي إقامتي السابعة في الفندق منذ افتتاحه عام 1977 وما زلت أجد فيه المكان الذي يجمع بين الأصالة، والراحة، وجودة الخدمة، وهو ما يعكس قدرة الفندق على المحافظة على مكانته المميزة عبر العقود ، مع مواكبة التطور والارتقاء المستمر بمستوى الضيافة. لقد كانت الإقامة، كما عهدتها دائمًا، تجربة مميزة بكل المقاييس؛ فالغرفة تتسم بالراحة والهدوء، ومستوى النظافة على درجة عالية من التميز، مما يوفر بيئة تبعث على الاسترخاء والطمأنينة، ويجعل من الفندق وجهة أحرص على العودة إليها كلما زرت مدينة الطائف. وأخص بالشكر والتقدير موظفات الاستقبال السعوديات، اللواتي قدّمن نموذجًا مشرّفًا للكفاءة الوطنية. فقد لمست فيهن احترافية عالية، ومهنية راقية، وأخلاقًا رفيعة، وحسن استقبال، وسرعة في الإنجاز، وقدرة متميزة على التواصل مع الضيوف بكل لباقة واحترام. إنهن يمثلن صورة مشرفة للمرأة السعودية، ويعكسن ما وصلت إ ليه الكفاءات الوطنية من تميز، وهو أمر يدعو للفخر والاعتزاز. كما أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان للأستاذ أنس، مسؤول العشاء وصالة الطعام، الذي بذل كل ما في وسعه ليجعل من أمسيتنا تجربة استثنائية، رغم أن إقامتنا لن تستمر سوى ليوم واحد. لقد كان حريصًا على راحتنا، كريمًا في تعامله، متابعًا لأدق التفاصيل، فاستحق كل التقدير والثناء، ولا يفوتني أن أتوجه بالشكر إلى الكابتن أوال أشرف علي بحسن إشرافه واهتمامه، وما أبداه من احترافية وتعاون يعكس مستوى الفريق المتميز الذي يضمّه الفندق. لقد أثبتم أن سر تميز الفندق لا يكمن في مبناه العريق فحسب، بل في الإنسان الذي يقف خلف الخدمة، ويمنح الضيف شعورًا حقيقيًا بالترحيب والاهتمام. وهذا ما يجعل إنتركونتيننتال الطائف يحتفظ بمكانته في ذاكرة زواره جيلاً بعد جيل. أكرر شكري وامتناني لكم جميعًا، مع خالص الأمنيات بمزيد من النجاح والتميز، وأن يبقى إنتركونتيننتال الطائف أحد أبرز معالم الضيافة في السعودية مملكة الانسانية ، كما عرفناه منذ افتتاحه.

Location

− Old furniture, no restaurant available, when we tried to eat lunch at Hawazen restaurant they said not open and other restaurants available but make in room order or we have fast food at lobby . Also iron machine not working properly when I tried to iron my clothes ( not hot and doesn’t keep water in because all water I filled leaked out) During reservation I requested a third bed for my son but when I arrived it was not ready .
