9.0All the staff seemed kind and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. The a/c kept the room nice and cold. The lobby was very well designed and often provided a great gathering place for our group of 16 adults.
− I often woke up to the noise I could hear from the guests on the floor above us. The ice machines were all out of order except for the one on the fourth floor. The scent machine in the lobby was a bit overwhelming.

− I didn't care for the location. It was a bit farther out in Winston-Salem than I was wanting to be. The breakfast ran out fast and I didn't have time to wait for more of a selection. The staff were making more.But it was a great stay.
This hotel isn't fancy, but more than adequate for a couple of nights.

− Workout room was tiny and lacking in any equipment except one bench, some free weights and about 5 cardio devices.
