− The corridor outside the room was very smelly and the carpet incredibly dirty

8.0De sfeer en behulpzaamheid/gastvrijheid van het personeel.
− Ik had het fijn gevonden als ik van tevoren had geweten dat het zwembad voor kinderen onder de 16 alleen van 7 tot 10 geopend was. Snap de reden (rust in de spa tijdens massages), maar het lijkt me beter om dat op de site te benoemen.

− Clairement, l'Etablissement n'est pas au niveau de ce que l'on voit sur le site de Booking. Les chambres sont vraiment TRES petites : que ce soit la nôtre ou celle de l'amie qui voyageait avec nous. La propreté de la chambre était déplorable : aspirateur mal (ou pas du tout ?) passé, des cheveux dans la douche à notre arrivée, les carreaux de la fenêtre dans un état lamentable, la terrasse dégoutante... Il y avait un mariage donc évidemment du bruit dans le couloir à 2H00 du matin. Le personnel nonchalant et sans aucune réponse aux clients. Heureusement, nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit !!
Excellent hotel confortable avec piscine et très bien situé
9.0Hotel très bien situé à proximité de la N10 et à quelques minutes du chateau en voiture. Excellent accueil à l'hotel et au spa. piscine à remous ,sauna, très appréciables après une longue journée de randonnée. Chambre très confortable, très bonne climatisation. Grand parking gratuit

It was an excellent, relaxing experience.
9.0The bedroom, bathroom, restaurant and bar were all excellent. The dinner was superb and all staff helpful and very friendly.

Our Spa is available to minors under 16 during a reserved time slot from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. They must be accompanied by at least one adult. Access to the Spa on this 2-hour time slot and any treatments is by reservation only. Please contact us or visit the reception to check availability or make a booking for treatments.
We recommend that you bring your own towel but we offer, in case you forget, the rental of Spa towels at €5/towel.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
