Nice place, could be really good with a few simple adjustments
5.0Clean, reasonable location close to town centre and train station. Nice guest lounge. Comfortable bed, nice kitchenette (it would be good to specify the facilities on the booking.com website - fridge, microwave, toaster, etc - they were appreciated but knowing they were there would enable guests to plan better). A fan was provided, this made the room comfortable despite hot weather. Overall a nice place, could be really good with a few simple adjustments
− The check in procedure was difficult, I was asked to click on a link to input my details before a door code could be released, this is always worrying, I was then asked for details that I had already given to booking.com, including my bank details(!), after inputting them the software didn’t work. The access code should be just emailed and/or texted, which mine finally were. Guests just want check in to be easy and seamless. My room (8) was advertised as having a garden view, the window in the room was clouded so no view could be seen, I checked the “garden” and it wasn’t much good anyway. In the kitchenette tea, coffee and sugar were provided, but no milk. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, effectively it served as an apartment.

8.0Rooms very clean and fresh . Lovely reception room . Handy kitchen area - though we didn’t know where it was until the morning we left . Comfortable bed.
− The room we had would benefit from a full Length mirror - the one we had was very narrow and a bit pointless , as you couldn’t really see In it . Bathroom needed a shower door or at least a curtain , as water from the shower spilt out onto the flooring .
