10.0So convenient to town. Air conditioned room was very comfortable. Great pub with excellent staff.
Beautiful place to stay but eat elsewhere
9.0The location was excellent and the room was superb we will be booking again for our next stay in Bury St Edmunds
− We had our evening meal and lunch the following day but found the food was for me inedible. Accommodation 10 out of 10 but the food 3 out of 10 (and I'm being generous) the staff although friendly we're totally out of their depth. We compared this to The Dog and Partridge (also Greene King) that establishment gets 10 out of 10. Chose The Fox as it has better parking and the rooms are lovely.
