− Nobody at reception when we left . Didn’t know where to leave the keys so left it on a notepad at the counter of the bar .
A good hotel; but its facilities and amenities need more attention.
7.0This was our second time at the hotel. The location is great and we like its old-fashioned style.
− But we had problems with the TV, with the Jacuzzi (it wasn't working), and with the Kettle; which also wasn't working.
Great value for money in the middle of town
9.0Right in the middle of everything to see in Canterbury, excellent location. Great service both in the hotel and the restaurant. Owner was always available for any reason.
