9.0We loved sue who really made an effort to help us and feel welcome,the room was a good size with a nice bed and a great bath and shower.nothing was too much trouble to replace when we ran short of tea and milk etc.Free parking was great and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.If you are going to Ludlow castle to see a concert this hotel is literally a 10 minute walk to the castle along a lovely country lane and over a river.
− The price was a little steep for 1 night and that's probably down to there being a concert on so I would like to think the price is lower when it's a regular day.

8.0Lovely peaceful location within walking distance of he town.Bathroom and shower excellent.Room 9 lovely view over Shropshire countryside . Breakfasts excellent.

10.0We love The Cliffe for it's location. Quiet but within a short distance from the town. Staff here are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. They really understand food allergies and Intolerances here.
− The lack of air-conditioning in the rooms is a drawback but it's an old building and the fan supplied was OK for the first night but second night was hotter so not really very helpful.
