6.0Ils ont jamais reçu notre paiement via hôtels.com, alors on devrait payer le montant total pour une deuxième fois. En plus, ils nous donne la chambre à 17h au contraire à ce que hôtels.com dise sur la réservation (10h). Communication entre hôtels.com (expédia) et l’hôtel n’est pas bien et doit améliorer.
