3.0The older lady, short blackish hair, was checking me in, I of course, had my flight cancelled so I had to stay over, this woman made check in MISERABLE. MISERABLE. I had made online reservation, got to your hotel, this clerk just kept saying she didn’t have a record of reservation even after I gave her confirmation number. That went in for 15 minutes. I finally got fed up about the reservation conversation and said can I just get a room? That was horrible customer service. Our room tv wasn’t working, went thru that debacle for another half hour, ridiculous. I was manager at a resort and let me tell you, that customer service is horrible. Thanks for starting my trip to BURY MY MOTHER on a horrible note. Appreciate it.
