6.0Tranquilidad del complejo, amplitud del bungalow, buena ubicación. Las zonas comunes buen cuidado y ambiente perfecto para relajarse. piscina grande.
− Un poco mas de variedad en el buffet, el bungalow necesita reformas en las puertas, mobiliario de la cocina. Y que el aire acondicionado fuera de pago.

7.0− Lo que no me gusta es el sistema de reservas y también que por un error se duplicó el pago de una reserva y no me han devuelto el dinero aunque por lo visto era cosa de ustedes, ellos dieron el visto bueno pero nadie me devolvió nada y no se quien es el responsable Por otro lado en temporadas de calor me parece inadmisible que haya que pagar un extra para tener aire acondicionado así como la mala calidad de la comida, y el desayuno es pobre y nunca tienen leche de avena para los que no podemos tomar leche y tenemos intolerancias alimenticias, apenas podemos comer nada en el desayuno ya ni sirven almuerzos ni cena Están en general cobrando extras por todo, ya no es como antes, y me apena pues la cadena en general era de mi agrado y me alojaba mucho
