10.0Although Kherson is currently in a precarious situation, my visit to the city was still rewarding. My stay at the Diligence Hotel was excellent. The staff was warm and inviting. They were available to assist in any way they could. The hotel is beautiful, centrally located and very clean. The room I was given was a very good size and had all the amenities I needed. The Samsung high-tech TV was a nice surprise. Probably the most impressive part of my experience with the hotel happened before I even arrived. All my communications with the hotel were replied to in a relatively timely fashion. Any question I posed was met with a solution. I wish to thank Andrew and the staff for making me feel welcomed and at home.

8.0I was fortunate to get a hotel room in Kherson. The Russian invasion and occupation did much damage. The infrastructure in Kherson was heavily damaged. So, it is not fair to be too critical about anything in Kherson. The staff here were very good.
Don't eat in restaurant.
6.0Hotel was OK compare to price it was very good. The restaurant nice food OK staff very friendly only I got food poisoning and I was sick for the next two days.
