Nice big room and bathroom. Great breakfast and facilities. A little off the beaten path, but not bad. Lots of restaurants close by. Dog friendly.

Hot tub was great, the pool is too cool. The room was clean and comfortable.

− They make their guests leave by 10am. That is too early, we would prefer noon.

Average hotel with misleading information on pet fees. Bait and switch.

Breakfast was so so. Only fruit available was apples that were not in great shape. Standard fare. Special berry waffles were terrible. Very chemically taste. Morning staff at checkout was very nice she was helpful in getting us some paper to make some lists and plan for the next part of our trip. When asked about our stay she was surprised by the issue regarding the pet fee and actually wrote some notes down about it. The hotel page on booking.com still states no extra charge for pets but they insist on charging $50 fee before we could stay with our dogs. Night crew acted like it wasn’t on the page even though I showed it to them and said even if it wasn’t they didn’t need to honor it.

− We chose this hotel since the listing says no additional fee for pets yet we were still charged a fee. Booking.com says they will refund the fee however this whole mess meant an additional half hour before we could get to our room after 11 hours of traveling and time I will need to spend sending paperwork in to get a refund. The hotel was made aware that their post on booking.com indicates no pet fee 3 weeks prior and still hasn’t been changed. Had we known there would be a fee we would have chosen a different hotel sinc the price vwould have been less in the end. How are they allowed to continue with this posting??? The front desk clerk at checkin also made it seem like he was giving me a deal only charging $50 fee instead of $92 fee. Was told no manager was on duty. Less than 10 minutes late I was back at the desk to ask a question and the check in clerk was standing in the office door talking with someone who I will assume was the manager based on the conversation before he saw me there discussing my situation he acted surprised when he saw me and acted like no one was in the office even though I could see the other person. The fact that booking.com was made aware 3 weeks prior but the incorrect information is still there reflects on booking.com as well even though they will be providing a refund of the charge.
