9.0El desayuno fue sencillo pero delicioso. La ubicación del hotel y el ambiente en general muy agradable, con personal muy agradable y servicial en un ambiente de paz y belleza.
− La bañera con ducha fue muy difícil de manejar teniendo una pierna con prótesis. El armario no permitía colgar un vestido de señora sin arrugar la parte de abajo. Faltaba alguna toalla de manos en el lavabo (solo había 2 toallas para 2 personas).
Ambiente agradável num palácio antigo.
5.0O enquadramento é giro
− A casa de banho difícil de usar, não tinha água quente, não tem separação do quarto. Tudo parece estar um pouco descuidado e sem rumo.

7.0Da tranquilidade...
− Acho que poderiam melhorar a nivel da iluminação dos quartos...e em algumas zonas de espaços comuns.(ex: biblioteca). Tambem poderiam melhorar o espaço da piscina...ao lado havia uma "espécie " de jacuzzi mas nao estava a funcionar...o que é pena!! O espaço do jardim para os miúdos, tambem precisa de manutenção, os baloiços um deles ja nao tem cinto...o outro nao funciona,; a roda tambem precisa que seja limpo porque a areia nao deixa funcionar como deve ser.
