8.0The location was great, cute room just a little small.
− Not sure if we missed it but something for a quick breakfast would have been great. The check in is late and it’s an early check out which makes it hard when doing activities in the area.
It was quaint and a nice country spot

− The hotel had a weird smell almost like a natural gas/rotten egg smell, it eventually went away.

Great place - with noise proofing, it will be amazing
7.0The property is newly renevated and has great common spaces - outdoor and indoor. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are clean and spacious.
− The one issue is the noise - we were on the first floor and even with white noise and a fan, when the person next door sneezed or coughed, we could hear it. People walking up above sounded like elephants - even though it was just normal walking. They MUST address the sound proofing issues because this place is so adorable and the staff is amazing. But normal noise shouldn’t keep you up all night.
