Pour résumé mon séjour l’ambre hôtel je dirai hospitalité, convivialité et gentilesse, souriant ❤️ un rêve dans cette destination incroyable. L'hôtel est hyper bien situé, la plage est trop belle ! CETTE ÎLE EST MAGNIGIQUE ! Mention spécial à Nicoletta pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance, Rakhes Fakir d’une gentillesse j’ai rarement vu ça tout ce qu’on voulait ou demandait suivait d’un oui, Merci à jake pour son sourire et sa gentillesse. Nous avons été surclassé pour notre chambre merci à l’accueil pour leur accueil ! Cette île est dans mon coeur, on reviendra 🫶🏽

Skvělý hotel v klidné zátoce s velmi přátelským a ochotným personálem a úžasnou kuchyní.

Pobyt byl skvělý. Poloha hotelu v zátoce je výborná, voda čistá. Voda na pokoji je zdarma. Byla jsem ubytovaná kousek od SPA a velmi jsem ocenila klid, který tam byl. Jídlo v restauraci také výborné. Každý den nové menu, často tematické a opravdu se dalo vybrat. Největší devizou hotelu je velmi přátelský personál. Obzvlášť chci ocenit přívětivost a profesionalitu číšníků v restauraci - Brindy, Husaina a Dana.

− Hudba na pláži byla poměrně hlučná. Naštěstí jsem bydlela až na konci resortu, tak tam byl větší klid.

Location was great . The room was comfortable if a little tired. Loved the all inclusive- it made things easy and we enjoyed it. It was lovely having the different restaurants too. Food was excellent throughout. Sheila encouraged us to joint the seafood evening at the beach and it was great.

− The rooms are very tired but were comfortable . It was not good that both the kettle and hairdryer had to use a plug on the floor far away from any facilities. There was no mirror except for far away at the cupboard. While there were some amazing staff, most could do with customer service training. When asked for assistance they were very quick to send us to others to assist, who would then send us back to the initial person. There was no accountability in their jobs. The tennis and boat assistants were particularly bad and often rude and condescending, especially to the younger members of our group. For example when trying to book a snorkelling trip they insisted that they could not assist, then proceeded to tell us they were doing us a great favour and we could have a boat at three in the afternoon the next day. Following on the next day - the booking was not been made. Check in was another debacle. What should have been a slick easy time turned into hours of wasted time.

L'accueil, la sympathie et la disponibilité de TOUT le personnel juste exceptionnel. Nous avons eu à faire à Vanessa à l'accueil, au moindre soucis elle a été réactive dans la minute, même pour pouvoir voir un médecin en soirée. Le restaurant buffet très bon, le personnel est au top également, au petit soin. Le bar de la plage et les activités nautiques sont un vrai plus. La localisation de l'hôtel vraiment magnifique !

− Le seul bémol de notre séjour c'est l'isolation de notre porte de chambre, on y voyait le jour tout autour alors difficile de faire la grasse matinée mais ce n'était pas bien grave car il faut profiter avec le levé du soleil et l'hôtel est très calme de jour comme de nuit.
