"Pontos positivos na estrutura do quarto e no cafe, porém peca gravemente na higiene e no serviço.
6.0Como pontos positivos, a roupa de cama estava limpa, a cama era confortável e o quarto tinha um bom espaço. O café da manhã também era bom e a localização da pousada é ótima. Restaurante em anexo é muito bom e excelente atendimento.
− Iluminação: Usam lâmpadas brancas, o que lembra um ambiente hospitalar e não combina com uma pousada, onde a luz amarela traria mais aconchego. Banheiro sujo. Parece um comentário bobo, mas um simples alvejante já faria a diferença. Dentro do box, os revestimentos estão encardidos e o quarto não tem cheiro de limpeza. Entendo que é uma pousada de passagem, com alta rotatividade, mas higiene é o básico. A cozinha comunitária tem louças que ficam acumuladas em cima do escorredor e um micro-ondas bastante desgastado. Ou contratam um profissional para manter o local arrumado — mesmo que cobrem a mais na diária por isso —, ou é melhor não disponibilizar a área. Quanto ao serviço de lavanderia: minha bebê sujou a roupa durante a viagem e perguntei se poderiam lavar (deixando claro que pagaria pelo serviço), mas fui informada de que não seria possível. Quando perguntei se podia ao menos lavar a mamadeira no café da manhã, a atendente me mandou lavar na pia da cozinha do restaurante ou, como opção do hotel, no tanque externo. Concluo que a culpa não é exclusiva dos funcionários; talvez seja falta de investimento na equipe. Sei que manter colaboradores é caro, mas então cobrem à parte por esses serviços. São pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença. Tudo se supera, menos um banheiro com limpeza duvidosa.

− Cama com o colchão bem velho já (afunda quando deita), tv com canais apenas de cultos/missa, ou de novelas mexicanas. Wi fi fraco, quarto que se escuta tudo o que acontece no corredor inclusive os hóspedes na madrugada falando e andando, batendo as portas dos quartos todo tempo, janela do quarto que dá ao lado do hostel então vemos tudo o que se fez inclusive o barulho. Ainda bem que só ficamos um dia ,
