Residence idéalement placée (a proximité des commerces, des restaurants, de la plage) dans un cadre agréable. Les installations et logements sont cependant vieillissants. Le logement n'était pas tres propre (sol et toiles d'araignées) malgré notre largesse sur le sujet

Pas d'eau chaude dans le logement. Douches prises dans le logement à côté. Démarrage de saison compliqué.

Très bon séjour malgré la pluie et la grisaille. Logement assez vieux mais très fonctionnel, bien équipé en vaisselle et surtout bien chauffé en cette saison ! Le couchage (literie parentale) était un peu dure... Visite très agréable de l'île, loin des touristes l'été. On a apprécié la proximité avec la Rochelle, ville que l'on affectionne particulièrement !
