10.0Staff was very helpful and hospitable. The breakfast and free snacks and drinks in the afternoon was great. The location of the hotel was right across from the Northlake mall. Very clean and comfortable.
− The fitness center was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom didn't have any air circulation.
It was a great stay for me and my family.

− Minor toilet got backed up and when called the front desk no one answered. Went to the front desk in the morning and it was taken care of immediately.
